Panasonic KX-TD, KX-TDA or KX-TDE

1. Enter programming mode by pressing [PROG × × 1 2 3 4].

2. Enter program [0 0 0] and press [ENTER].

3. Press [NEXT] to display time.

4. Enter the correct hour.

5. Press [à] to advance cursor to minute selection.

6. Enter the correct minutes.

7. Press [à] to advance to the AM/PM selection.

8. Press [MUTE] button to select AM or PM.

9. Press [STORE] button

10. Lift and replace the handset to exit programming mode.

Samsung DCS & iDCS

1. Press [TRSF] button.

2. Enter [2 0 0].

3. Enter [1 2 3 4] (or your passcode if different).

4. Press [VOL UP] button.

5. Press [TRSF] [TRSF].

6. Enter [5 0 5].

7. Enter Day, Date & Time

W= Day of Week (1=Monday, 2=Tuesday, etc.)

MM= Month      DD= Day     YY= Year

HH= Hour     MM= Minute (enter in military format)

8. Press [TRSF] button

Samsung 816 Plus

1. Press [# 0 6] button.

2. Enter [4 3 2 1 1].

3. Press [#] [#].

4. Enter [5 5].

5. Enter Day, Date & Time

W= Day of Week (1=Monday, 2=Tuesday, etc.)

MM= Month      DD= Day     YY= Year

HH= Hour     MM= Minute (enter in military format)

6. Press [#] button.

Samsung StarMail

1. Press the voice mail button on any phone or dial [5 1 0].

2. Enter [× × 4 5 6 #].

3. Enter [3 2 0 #].

4. Enter the time in 12 hour (AM / PM) format and press #.

5. Enter [1] or [2] and press

6. Enter [#].

7. Enter [1 1 0 #].

Avaya/Lucent/Partner/AT&T

1. At extension no. 10, press [FEATURE 0 0].

2. Press the left [INTERCOM] twice.

3. Enter [# 1 0 3].

4. Enter the correct time in 24 hour format.

5. Press [FEATURE 0 0].

Merlin Legend/Merlin Magix

Must be set from the System Programming Console

1. Press [MENU].

2. Press [SYSTEM PROGRAM].

3. Press [EXIT] or [START].

4. Press [SYSTEM].

5. Press [TIME] or [DATE].

6. Enter the time in military 24 format.

or

Enter the date in mmddyy format.

7. Press [ENTER].

8. Press [EXIT] or [BACK].

9. Press [HOME] or [EXIT] to exit programming mode

Avaya IP Office 500

The Avaya IP Office 500 System automatically changes the time from the caller ID information.  If the system is connected to a network it would get the time from the server.

NEC Electra

Must be set from the primary phone,

typically ext. 100.

1. Press [FEATURE].

2. Dial [9 #].

3. Enter hour and minute.

4. Press [RECALL] to change AM/PM Setting.

5. Press [HOLD] to change the calendar setting.

6. Press [RECALL] to change the day of the week.

7. Dial [#] to move the cursor to day of month.

8. Enter day of month.

9. Press [RECALL] to select month.

10. Dial [#] to move the cursor to year.

11.   Enter the last two digits of the year.

12.   Press [FEATURE] to exit.
