All moves, adds and changes can be made from our online portal with intuitive drag-and-drop controls. Jive Voice can also work with your existing Internet.


Jive Voice is compatible with SIP-based phones hardware from leading manufacturers including Polycom, Panasonic, Cisco, VTech, and Yealink. This allows flexibility to bring your own devices or purchase them

through Jive.


Choose from phones that inlude features like LED touchscreens, wireless handsets, Bluetooth capabilities, USB ports, end even antibacterial plastics. These phones (and many more) are available through the Jive website, complete with warranty and 24/7 customer support.

Umlimited Options


Typically, on-premise solutions (and some other hosted solutions) charge separately for specific features and the number of users. With these companies, a charge is incurred for the voicemail feature and the amount of voicemail boxes used, separate from their basic phone service.

Call Analytics


You can't manage what you can't measure. Jive's Call Analytics allow administrators to quickly see traffic patterns, allowing for more efficient use of resources, better training, and proper scheduling.


Call Analytics include geography-based heat maps, time-of-day histograms, detailed user statistics, and basic call logs. Advanced filters can be applied to sort data by call count, time of day, duration, location, DID, users,

ring groups, and more.
